Called my cell phone at 12:15 CDT today about Visa/Mastercard account but when I pressed 1 to talk with someone it went to music then hung up after 30 seconds. I am turning this in to the FTC because I am on the National Do Not Call list and have already turned them in once for calling both my home number and cell number.
