This number appeared on my caller ID. ?Got a recorded message about my credit.

I received a call from (506) 220-4563 this is a Canadian number...so careful all....as you could get charged international charges if you try and call them back depending on your carrier.Anyways, I actually did answer....on a Friday night at 8:30pm.  The lady said she could lower my interest rates on all of my major credit cards.  Before she could continue about this...I said "I'm not interested".  Before I was able to tell her to remove my number and name she hung up on me.  I've done some searching online...and can't find anything but two forums complaining about this number calling them.
