We rc'd several calls from this number.  No msg was left.

called me and left me a voice mail the her said he was looking for gorge souther land he want me to tell me to pay my bills but IM 14 SO WHATS UP MAN

I just received a call from this number. I let it go to voicemail. The caller is Mrs Brown and she provides a reference number but no company name. Her number is +1 866-896-5254 x 3679. A search on THAT number turns up Creditors Interchange Receivable Management, LLC. She ends the call by saying :This is an attempt to collect a debt."See http://www.budhibbs.com/debtcollectorpages/creditors_interchange.htm.

Unfortunately, I have a cell number that formerly belonged to someone who apparently left the area owing a lot of people. I keep getting calls on my cell phone and when I tell the callers that Melanie doesn't have the number anymore, they start asking me for my personal info, which I obviously an NOT going to give out. I did talk to a nice gentleman the other day who said he was going to put a note on the account stating that the number now belongs to someone else.  We'll see.

I've received several calls from this number and I know it's in reference to a debt.  I'm just curious as to why they are still calling me when I have filed bankruptcy.

I received a call from these guys and had no idea what they were talking about.  A few minutes later I ran my credit online and saw that I had two credit cards out in my name.  Long story short I found out my weasel father opened them up without my consent and I owe thousands of dollars.  They were opened in July of 2005.  During that time I was serving in the military and was in Camp Lejeune and deployed in September of that year.  I'm not sure how to pursue this and prove to them that I didn't open the accounts as my dad has all my personal information to do this.  It is possible to prove to them that I left in September, but would that be good enough?  I have no idea what to do, my father refuses to return the money.
