This call came to my cell phone.  It was a recoded message that said, "Congratulations, your phone number has been selected.  Press 1 now to recieve your premotional gift!"  I just hung up.  When I called the number back it was not in service.

I got this as well. My research revealed its located in or around Laval Quebec. When I returned the call I got the busy tone.
