Same thing just happened to me here in Indiana. They called and hung up immediately after I answered and said 'HI'. I tried to call back blocking my number from the cellphone but it won't go through for some reason, probably because it's international.I'm on both federal and state DO NOT CALL lists.

Answered the call. No one there. How does one stop this? This is a business line and are on the do not call list as well. Wonder if there is a charge for just answering, if so how does one stop them from calling?
