I got a call from this number too.  This guy claims he's from The Energy Council (council of what I don't know) and that he represents Hydro Quebec (or at least he words it that way).  He was informing me that I can lower my energy costs.

I questioned him about his credentials (who he represents) and he eventually got rude, accused me of not listening, and then hung up.

Guy called saying he is from the Energy council, and knew someones name in my house. ?I started questioning him, and he hung up.  Called him back, and he hung up again.  Did a reverse lookup, and found out he lives in Longeueil Quebec.

I received same, numerous calls, numerous times, and after speaking to the person, make a long story short, I now have a credit card with my name on it, and UNI Vert Confort as the company I belong to. This is a scam place, and I have contacted the RCMP concerning this

I've just had the same call from Uni Vert Confort, telephone number (450) 674-3431. The guy was very rude and I told him so and he's called 4 times to harrass me.
