Recorded voice telling me they can lower my credit card rate to as low as 6.9%. Press 1 to speak with a live agent or press 2 to get no more calls. Of course, pressing 2 is not a valid option.

I'm on pay-as-I-go with Rogers, so I don't always answer the phone.This number (450) 226-6109 rings me on a Saturday, so I picked-up the phone.No reply ...!  Dead-air till I hang-up.I'm also on the DO NOT CALL REGISTERY !!!!!!!The Hell of it is, I think I'm stuck with receiving a long-distance call rate for a whole minute, at the very least.
