Check your phone bill, to make sure that you didn't just get charged for that call! The scammers could be using a "pay-per-call" number that automatically bills your phone number.

This number calls my cell phone everyday claiming I have won a free cruise I tried calling them back to have my number removed from their calling list but can't get throughout.

Didn't answer. No message, no care.
