Criminal organisation running another phishing scam under the guise of a less-than-legitimate "collection agency" call centre boiler room operation. They really need to get the attention they deserve from the federal commission controlling these services. I wonder why the RCMP/Surite haven't bothered doing anything about it... maybe they're part of the gangs running these things?

Strange?? I never answer calls I don't recognise-not curious at all. If it is something important they will leave a message-most don't.  I just went to put this number (438) 800-0478 on my selective call blocking & my provider stated this number does not exist??? hummmmmmm????  I wonder how they can get a number that does not exist?

Appears that Telus and other service providers are selling our cell phone numbers to scammed. a complaint to catch and your federal gov't rep and minister is necessary. Go gettim!

I'm from Montreal and I have a call from (438) 800-0478

Phoned at 10am. They would not leave a message  or name.  I don't know of anyone from Montreal, Quebec.

My mother got a call from this number a few hours ago.  The call started off saying "You have won . . . "
