I am another receiver of this annoying and useless phone call. If this phone number is Quebec based, I believe the phone companies should be able to block it. Or at least some other organization/department in charge of Quebec based phone calling.

......... recorded message on voicemail said something about winning a cruise ............ just take a survey ............ if you want to be taken of the contact list .......... etc ...... just say no to all these numbers.

Just got that call too, but no one spoke on the other end. Is there a way to report this to the phone company?

what a joke our phone system has become. over 90% of the calls nothing more the BS or somebody trying to scam you. This number has phoned a number of times and no message left and we don't respond to numbers that we do not know. Wish these people would get a real life (job) and leave those unknown (us) alone.
