Just got a call from this number. Woman speaking in quick foreign jabber, then hung up.

Got a call from this number on my house phone, the lady spoke in Spanish, I hung up on her. Yesterday I received a call on my cellphone from a area code beginning with 473 number. How are this people getting my number. I will check my phone company to make sure they are not adding charges to my bill. Report this scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never answer calls ID'd as "unknown", 800's, out of area, and let them go to answering machine.  Ive had several calls from this number and there is never a message left.  If it's not important enough to leave a message, I'm not going to be concerned.

it was French from Quebec--where their primary language is French
