Caller said a few words in French, could not reply before she hung up.

Same thing here in NY. Didn't answer. Wonder what is going on?

Same number listed, foriegn language call came in at 4:30 pm July 7. (438) 448-6879  they blocked name but reverse look up says QC

French speaking woman called at 2: pm on Sunday. She mumbled something in french and hung up.

My mother received a call at about 1:00 pm yesterday, 2/23/15 and some lady spoke a few foreign words and hung up.  I turned around and called it with my own phone and got her VM or recording also and was not sure what language it was, except I though French.  This person called my phone back, said something and then hung up.  I googled this # and see all the responses...how bizarre is all I can say
