I got this number yesterday. Came up Montreal Quebec Canada. I don't know anyone from there so I didn't answer it.

My last name is German. The woman who spoke didn't speak french. She spoke in Spanish.

scam. Few words basically 'pardon me I dialed the wrong #Strategy : block this caller

i did redial 3 times and each time i heard the same  thing in french and then it hung up. i think it was a recording.

A woman spoke a few foreign words and hung up! 9/1/2015

I just received this same call...a woman said in French, "oh uh, I dialed the wrong number" and then hung up.  What makes me hesitant is that 15 minutes earlier, I received a call from 215-253-4273 to which there was no one on the other line, just dead silence.  It's suspicious for me to get two wrong numbers so close together.  I blocked both.
