Tape-recorded voice of "Ashely" from Cardholder Services called around noon today. No chance to ask any questions as it was a recording.  Are these "robocalls" allowed in Canada?

I didn't pick up.  Ignored it.  No point trying to report to the Cdn do not call list ppl as I don't have enough info - pointless exercise.
