A company identifying themselves as calling from Air Duct Cleaning has been harassing me for the last few months, at least twice a week. I have told them that we are not interested, please do not call again, I have hung up on them, I have told them that we are on the DNC list, and why are they calling me, and yet they do not get the message. Twice I have asked to speak with the manager or supervisor, and of course that person is always unavailable. I have been forced to yell at them time and time again and STILL they keep calling!! Finally I was forced to make a complaint to the CRTC, so we will see what happens. Yesterday they called twice, within 5 minutes of each other, a different person with south asian accent each time.

We have had numerous calls from the above number, one as recently as Mar 29,2010. Through the momth of March we have had at least 12 calls from the number, He always says he has a duct cleaning business. To me his voice sounds gutteral like a European.   We have insulted him, told him we are on the no call list, we have banged up the phone but he still calls.

This number actually belongs to Native Child Services in Toronto. I called the number and left a message warning them that someone is using their number to call random houses fraudulently offering duct cleaning services. I warned them that if it didn't stop that I would call the police and the CRTC.
