These miserable people start calling me again.I pick up the phone and there was no answer.They did calleven months ago. Is any jurisdiction person(like police) who can stop these rats from pissing people.

I got a call from this number this afternoon... Couldn't take the call.No message, called them back - straight into Rogers phone system.Talked to tech support, thinking maybe they were calling be back on an open ticket, that I have.  I have marketing prefs set so that I should never be getting marketing by phone. - Rogers has no indication in their system that they were trying to get in touch with me.Rogers right hand has no clue what the left hand is up to.  Does not instil confidence here.
