I too was being harassed by this company ... about 10-20 times a day.  However, in my case they were going by the name of Crystal Home Service.  "Ronnie" was the name of the telemarketer. I also found their web page as noted above by "Angry and frustrated". (NOTE:  I checked it out today and it's under construction). In addition to the phone numbers posted above, I found this other number on their web page: (416) 838-9091.  So I called the number and it sure sounded like "Ronnie" to me.   He hung up on me the first time I called and most of the time he didn't pick up.  But I kept calling and harassing him for a couple of days.  And when I say "calling" him, I mean about 10-20 times a day. I went to the address in Whitby, as I was parking my car I saw a lady with 2 children, I waited for her to go & went on to ring the bell, the neigbour told me that I just missed her.  I said i am here to speak to the owner of the duct cleaning company, the neighbour told me is the same lady's husband, & that if the big truck is not in the driveway, it means he is at work.  I asked this is a residence?? the neighbour said yes of course, this is their home, they live here.I guess that is this guy's house address, so to speak to him we have to wait for the duct cleaning truck to be in his driveway.
