we've beeen getting these calls for a lang time now. It isnt funny, nor amusing because some people in my house need to sleep during the day, it is a very big nuisance, and when im home alone, it gets really freaky. Inever get a response, just after a few seconds after I pick up the phone, the other side hangs up. I am glad that other people have looked into this problem, and today alone ive gotten three calls.

Whoever owns this phone number, please stop the calls!

Mine was a silent call, then hung up.  Next day, same number and "this is the promotional department of Rogers Cable".  I then hung up.

I guess they call the first time to see if you're a 'live' number.

416  342-6188  Nuisance calls from ...they say Bell.  I called Bell ...Ian customer service rep...answered and I asked for his supervisor and I was forever waiting for him to call and I finally hung up and called another Bell number....it is not Bell and you should call Phone Busters about this number... Ian sounded like a pa**ie that is calling from this number.Today Oct.12  a call from (416) 907-0553 came and the same thing....pa**ie calling but when you do a call back to find out the company name to get taken offf the calling list, you get an operator telling you to put your pin number in.....as if!!!!!!!!  These calls are as stupid as the callers....  Call Phone Busters...even Bell does not know who these people are and  you should let the police take care of it.

I had this number call yesterday and they said they were doing a promotion for Rogers cell phones.  They ended the call when I told them I already had a cell phone with Telus.  Today I get call from this same number and this time they say they are doing a promotion for Telus cell phones.
I told him that he just called yesterday concerning a Rogers cell phone and he ignored me and continued with the sales talk.

This person called me from bell Canada asking me if i`m with bell for m internet and telephone. Then I answered that i`m not and that i do not need it and hung up. After that the person called me again and started swearing in english, then in punjabi. I hung up again and warned the person that i will call the police if this doesnt stop, but the person did not seem to understand that and called for the third time swearing again.
