I placed a FREE TRIAL order only, then charged £3.59 regard delivery, then 2 weeks later another £74.10 was taken from my account. I have not placed and not received any more acai berry capsules, and cannot contact them in any way. I will now have to cancell my card.

A very careful reading of the "Terms and Conditions" on viv3.com's website indicates a despicable "negative" marketing effort by this company.  I have therefore, cancelled my credit card effective immediately and will engage legal counsel if necessary.

i accepted the free trial online,the S&H was all i had to pay,$3.95 but $5.80 was debited from my account,i did receive the tablets.then 3 weeks later $118.63 was debited from my account and i never asked for more of the product!!How do i get my money back and cancel this??The reference on my bank statement said natureberry and (416) 900-1137 number,i was going to call tomorrow,please help!!im a student,i cant afford this!!!

what a terrible experience!!  just like everyone, this natureberry charged my visa without any approval.  No matter how good their product, right away this business manner turn me away.  I have reported to Visa ....I am going to call tomorrow and ask them to credit it back.  I am also going to contact Vancouver Police.  That should consider as a frad transaction

Number showed up with "Natureberry" order on Visa statment.  Did not place this order.

Someone charged my credit card called NATUREBERRY and then this number. I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING with them. No idea where they got my credit information from. The case is with my lawyer now.
