NatureBerry is a SCAM! I had read the small print and had phoned up and cancelled both the acai berry and colon cleanse but they continued to charge me for the acai berry.  I eventually got it refunded by emailing support @ viv3.com.  I was in the right so they had to refund me and I requested my phone transcipts and they never gave them to me. I also incurred bank charges because of them illegally taking money out of me account but they wont refund the charges of £75 and wont tell me who regulates the company so i can complain.

I placed a FREE TRIAL order only, then charged £3.59 regard delivery, then 2 weeks later another £74.10 was taken from my account. I have not placed and not received any more acai berry capsules, and cannot contact them in any way. I will now have to cancell my card.

My wife and I were both scammed  instead of the $3.95 Canadian shipping charges we were charged $6.54 the two weeks later $133.38 all times 2 for a total of $279.84 for each of us for a total of $559.68. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM  If the CIBC VISA Credit Card Company does not reverse my charges I will cancel my card with them. I have a $35,000 limit (not that I use it) Put the pressure on your credit card company to reverse the charges ... They are the ones that will have to get after VISA International who is accepting the transactions... And yes Visa is making their money off of the sales..

I have not confirmed any other order therefore I don't want in the most absolute way to receive your products. You don't take my money from my credit card (I have already received the notice of the collecting for 2 times of 118,63 USD.) A very careful reading of the "Terms and Conditions" on viv3.com's website indicates a despicable "negative" marketing effort by this company.  I have therefore, cancelled my credit card effective immediately and will engage legal counsel if necessary.

They have no live person I have called many times now I will try to cancel my charges at the bank.
