I never subscribe this text challenge and it is charging me mothly to my phone provider. I called Fido last January 7 to cut the subscription off, they advised me to send a SMS stating STOP and I did it too. But still they are charging me $36 for that services eventhough I am not using and recieving messages from your company anymore. Please make an action for this matter as soon as possible.
