guy selling gold... very shady business.

Guy on the other end wanted to sell me Gold futures or something. Conversation went as follows:
Him: Hi my name is x (i don't remember) and i am calling from Gold standard forex (or something)
ME: Do i know you???
Him: Well we spoke briefly a year back or so.
ME: Oh, well I'm not interested
Him: Well, have you been following the trends...
ME: Sorry, I am not interested right now. Thanks.
Him: GO STAY IGNORANT YOU LITTLE F--K!!!

And he hung up. I tried calling back, but the operator said it was disconnected or something. Pretty upsetting. I was quite polite.

Just received a call from (416) 861-9381. From Bell.....Anyway, hung up and called Bell Canada.
After much button pushing got to an operator who, upon hearing about the problem, transferred me to ANOTHER number who told me to call ANOTHER number who told me to call +1 866-580-3625 which is the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL number, which I'm already on.

So, I called the "0" number and finally got someone to talk to. Explained that the call from 416-861-9381 was, it appeared to be, a scam call. SHE said it could be legitimate. Yes...LEGITIMATE. When I told her about this site and the number of different outfits that were supposedly using this number she said it was "probably" a research company. WTF.  

In other words..."Don'y bother me".......Bell Canada and it's customer service......

By the way, I called the 416-861-9381 and it's been disconnected......

I been harassed by the same person for months, and he's now using this so called untraceable number. regardless all of this needs to stop

Well this person called my cellphone twice in a matter of minutes and when I tried to call back it was busy. Tried again awhile later--still busy- trying to scam people I guess. Sucks that we live in an age where people use the phone to try and rob people. I'm smart enough to avoid crap like this but my worry is for vulnerable seniors and mentally incapacitated people who might fall prey to scammers like this. No doubt had I spoken with them I would have heard a long b***s*** story and them trying to con me. Grrr. Thing is I quickly ran for the phone because to answer because I'm a single mom of 2 and was hoping it was Salvation Army calling me back with some help..things are really bad for me right now. To think this jerk would have tried to scam a struggling single mother of 2 babies sickens me. Like it's not bad enough as it is!! Seems the rich get richer and the poor stay that way :(Hopefully they don't call again.

Received a call for (416) 861-9381 today, recording came on saying it was NCRI calling and to wait for next available agent, this was to my cell phone, hung up and added to auto reject list.  Looked up NCRI on web, and there are various organizations, from collection agencies to cancer research.

Just received a call from this number with the call display name "ANONYMOUS".  It was some Indian guy telling you they work for a company tracking your travel reward points for credit cards.  They tell you that you qualify for free travel trips to Florida.I kindly tell them I'm not interested buy the guy is quite pushy and keeps asking me why.  I ask the guy for his name, manager's name, and contact number and he refuses to tell me since its his personal information.a total scam - I hope they never call back again!
