Got a call today from this number here in Calgary at around 3:45 pm.  I didn't recognize the number and let it go to voice mail.  They didn't leave a message.  The caller id just said "Ontario".  Looks like another on to put on my blocked list.

No message.  Call the number back and it is out of service.  Clearly some criminal at work.
