Three times called. no message left. Who the hell are these folks

I received 2 calls this week, but I never picked up. I just called them back, and they said that it's COMWAVE, the telephone company. They mentioned that they are calling me because I requested so, but I told them I never called you, although I did order a phone package from them 2 weeks ago.Hopefully this helps!!

This  number calls me every day and it is really upsetting me.

This number has called 3 times so far today. once, not even an hour between calls. I don't answer and let it go to voicemail. No message is left just a hang up. It's getting very annoying.
