Absolute pains!! You tell them no thank you and they continue! Also they call back days later!

Just block the number your self on your cell phone problem solved

If you didn't apply for a bank card/credit card from them then there is a do not call list at www.Innte-dncl.gc.ca and it should take a month or two but it could help these annoying and harassing phone calls!

This # calls me daily,they say they r calling on behalf of scotia bank,trying to sell us insurance,I have asked them to take my # off and I am not interested but continue to call,it is so annoying

I am being repeatedly harassed by this number. Not only do they have my home phone number, they are also calling me on my two work phone numbers! The same number identifies itself with a recorded message in two different ways - either Air Miles ("you have won 2800 dollars") or Scotia Financial (I have also had a real person and they call me at ten am on Saturdays and Sundays). If anyone knows how to make it stop, PLEASE TELL ME

to the person setting off a blowhorn to the poor employee on the other line- that's absolutely cruel, insensitive, and completely unecessary.  

I sincerely hope next time you go to work to try to make a living and support yourself and/or your
family, that every single person you encounter does their best to ruin your day. I hope that like the person calling you to sell a product as part of their effort to support his or herself, you get hung up on and personally insulted up to 100 times that day.

In this economy, one should simply appreciate the fact that other are trying to work for their money, doing any job they can get, in order to survive and not further exhaust our government resources by claiming social aid.

I suggest the next time you have the urge to respond to a caller with such an immature and malicious response such as a blowhorn, try to picture a single mother, a starving student, or one of your own children on the other line. Perhaps then you will be able to respond with a simple "no, thanks" and politely ask to be removed from their completely randomized, preset call list.
