who call my cell at 1:38 pm

I also got a phone call from this number. He had an Indian accent, and I first thought it was telemarketing because he asked for the owner of the house. When I told him, they weren't home. He asked me what my name was, when I insisted he tell me his first, he replied John. I asked him why he was calling, he replied to "for time past". Then I asked him why he asked to speak to the owner of the house, again he said "for time past". And, the f****r said that he wants to talk to me and "be my friend". I then asked him if this was a joke, and he replied "What do you think?". At this point, I said goodbye and hung up.

I got a call from (416) 847-4999 telling me that he's calling me on behalf of bell canada, when I told him, I am not interested in making any changes on my services, he said: I will call you back..... i thought I  got it wrong I said what did you say? he said you want it or not I will call you back..... sooooo rude, calling at 9:30 in the evening, and talking this way... that is not acceptable!

They left me a vm.  They said the are a canadian company and they had a one question survey.  They said that we understand this is likely a wireless number and we will tell you how to be reimbursed for your airtime at the end of this call.  If you have a phone other than a wireless in your house press 1.  Otherwise press 2.  If you want to be reimbursed for your airtime press 3.
