This number has been associated to numerous fraud attempts to negotate counterfeit cheques. Please take precautions when dealing with persons from this number.

I am a Realtor in Louisiana, I recieved a e-mail from this Otake Iwao. I e-mailed him back and recieved other.This didn't sound right sound Goolge him and this is what I found out.  This guy is busy,maybe he get put OUT bussiness real soon.

So glad I googled this phone number.  I received the email yesterday through Trulia.  Will warn others in the office.Kim

Got emails from a Mr. So Li, supposedly a Canadian resident wanting to buy a property in North Idaho sight unseen for 425K. Gave this phone number as his account manager Mr. Paul Jackson.  Too good to be true.....even sent bank statement with balance of $2.9mil, drivers license and social insurance card.

They will overnight the check and it will be for additional funds that they want to keep at the title company and have them cut the check back after closing.

Yup came to me through Trulia this guy or team of guys used the name "Wu Qian a Japan origin" funny enough-many misspellings and grammatical errors-dead give away just like the Nigerian Scammers wanted to buy $500k of property sight unseen...thank god for google and this site-had our broker and attorney fooled...
