I have received numerous calls from these types of companies. Today I informed Daniel (he had an Indian accent) from Bright Home Services that I am on the Do Not Call List and I was not interested in having my ducts cleaned and not to call again (I usually say this). He told me to hang up and he would call again. I told him NO! not to call again. He continued to ask me to hang up so he could call me back and I repeated that I did not want him to call back. Finally I hung up and guess what. He called right back.  Then I got angry and yelled at him to not call back and hung up. I think he finally got the message.  Either he is really stupid or they employ someone who doesn't understand English to try to sell something - that's also stupid.

This number called around 12:30 pm and I asked where he was from and what business.  He said in a strong "Indian/Pakistani/Sri Lankan???" accent that he was calling from Toronto and he slurred his business name so that it was unintelligible.  It was about "duct cleaning". I indicated that he should not call someone on the DNC list in Canada.  He ignored me with silence.  I then suggested I could call the "fraud squad" (Toronto Police Services 416--808-7300) and that he should familiarize himself with telemarketing law and the DNC in Canada as well as the law against "threats".  I hung up at that point as I don't see the point of talking further.  I will fill out the DNC complaint online, but doubt that it works on such calls.  I have a strong "referee's" whistle handy for the next time before I "call block" the number.  There's also the OPP orgainized crime unit phone number to give them for an appointment, but you can look that up yourself.

enjoy calling them back, everytime they called me it was a number that could not be called back, they always gave a Canadian name even though they are all indian...

....because I took up too much of his time listening to him, gathering information and then asking him if he's familure with the DNCList.  I said that not only was his boss going to be fined, but he (Alex) was also going to be fined $1,500.00.  After telling me that he was going to have relations with every female I've known, I promptly hung up on him.  Fun.

Yep, keep getting the same thing .. duct cleaning from ac duct cleaning or something similar like that.

I finally told em that were on the DNC list, and i was submitting a report to the CRTC. I doubt those guys at the CRTC give a s**t.
One of my co workers actually booked an appointment, and than once they arrived told these guys to @#)*#@ off.

My next phone call with these guys, i will follow suit. If enough of us call em and book appointments, and turn em away, hopefully the message gets across.

Repeatedly calling, starts by saying "remember you asked me to call back?"  I too, kept him (Indian gentleman)  finding his address and office number

He gave the address of 56 Flamingo Cres., Whitby ON    no such address found on Google maps
also gave a contact phone number of (647) 722-2379   no record on 411 reverse look up!

Suprise Suprise!
