Indeed a scammer. The number actually belongs to a financial services company. Say no to anything they offer. They will even give you discount and pressurize you in to booking an early appointment.

Called persistantly, scammer, offered prostitutions services after I told him I had hot water heating and no ducts to clean.  Am really annoyed.  Indian accent, said his name was George.  What if somebody's kid listened to this garbage.  I am on the DNC list!
