The guy called ,Said he was a nephew and needed 4500.00 dollars cause he was in car wreck

Someone called me from this number on 8-27-09 at 8:40 pm Pacific Time.  That make is 11:30 pm Toronto Canada time.  I have no one there that I know at this number.  I have been informed that this is a scam caller and it seems that they are still at it.  They need to be caught. Why can't someone catch this person or person's.  People have been scammed enough.  Let's get them.

This guy called my grandma claiming to be her grandson and told her he had a bit much to drink, had gotten in a car accident and needed some money, $3500 to be exact. My grandma is old but quite sharp, so she asked him what his daughter's name was, and he hung up the phone.  The scary part was that he said, well Grandma I know your address is "xyz" and he gave her the correct address.  I tried to return the call, but of course, the line was busy.
