He gave the phone to me when a number we did not give was being repeated, I hung up and I dialed the number back and a lady answered and said they were a property mangement in Toronto and had no automative in the building. I received a call from this number and it's for Veranova Properties.  They are a property management company.  My brother passed away in March and he didn't have a will.  I am still waiting to be granted administration to his estate.  In the meantime, the mortgage is not being paid.  There is a friend of my brothers who is looking after the house.  Veranova was hired by the mortgage company to ensure the house is being looked after.
