I just received a call from the same number.  i called back immediately and spoke to a woman who told me I had signed up for their service (guaranteeing my utility rates).  I told her I had done no such thing and was not interested after which she says she canceled my order.  We'll see...

I have recieved numorous calls from these people.  Do not know who they are. Have called 7 days a week.  When I did try to call the number it is not set up for voicemail and no one answers.  They are driving me crazy.

I got two calls so far this evening.

Between today and yesterday they called me a total of 7 times.  I missed their call this morning and they ended up calling 3 times in a row.  What is wrong with these people? They have my cell number.  I never signed up for any "Universal Energy" thing.  Where did they get my cell?

This is a number from Universal Gas and Electric's Ontario office; probably calling to settle a dispute you filed with the Better Business Bureau after you realized the guy who came to your door with a piece of paper for an introductory trial that you signed was not telling the whole truth and you had signed up for a contract for natural gas delivery and the only way out was a 250.00 buyout.  fun stuff. Nothing wrong with selling a service; there is however, something wrong with not being 100% honest about what you are signing.
