It's CBV Collections.  They are slippery to do NOT send a cent with proof you owe the debt and that they are legally allowed to try and collect and the SOL hasn't run out (Varies depending on where you are)

This is my work number, not sure who else had it before. Please don't call me unless I call you. Also, not collections? Not sure where that one came from.
