I keep getting calls from this creepy guy. He breathes heavily and says his name is Chris when I ask him. He calls at all hours of the night/day at least twice a week. He called me at 3:30am last night and I am getting really annoyed. If this is a Primus or Skype number like some people here are saying, then it could be anyone, anywhere.

The reason you are unable to call back is that each of these callers is actually caller from a real number but they are Primus customers, so their real number actually gets re-routed through one of many Primus main numbers.My father has Primus and whenever he calls me the caller ID shows one of the many Primus numbers, usually I get (416) 646-3601, but I have also seen others.So basically if you signed up with Primus today as your phone provider you too could make calls randomly to people and they would get a Primus # on their call display.It is so frustrating and Primus should not be allowed to mask the caller ID number.

They called again and my mom picked up, luckily I was home and told her to hang up and I finally said mom hang up it's a scam.The lady said my parents name and then said I'm calling on behalf of comcast.  We hung up then.Right after that another number came up as +1 800-860-0412.  On the caller id it says 800 number.This is getting agitating, because I've been getting a lot of these calls.

i posted an ad  as a mobile phone repair guy i got a call from an unknown number.. i told the guy to call my house phone. he called but hang up after the 3rd ring, i thought that was odd so i google the number and found this sitealso, when i dial the number i get a dial tone you know the kinda u get when u just pick up your phone?so i am guessing is some kinda phone scam!!!

They said that they were calling regarding duct cleaning services and i knew that it was a scam!! Right after that--they called again ani came up as unknown nam and number.

We have been called by this company i can not find anything on it except -landline phone number (416) 646-3601-registerd with allstream (that is the carrier ) and nothing else .... i got silence and listend to then it hung up and noting has called back yet thankfully HOWEVER shortly afterwards i recived a call from telus almost immideatly from  hanging up do not know if it is related but who knows .
