Calls me multiple times while in school, the only I.D I get is the number. He, she, or it doesn't give up.

just someone uses telephone card to call you

They called me this morning and I didn't pick up. When I called back, it's always busy.

When I pick up they speak Mandarin and then hang up.

They called again and my mom picked up, luckily I was home and told her to hang up and I finally said mom hang up it's a scam.The lady said my parents name and then said I'm calling on behalf of comcast. ?We hung up then.Right after that another number came up as +1 800-860-0412.  On the caller id it says 800 number.This is getting agitating, because I've been getting a lot of these calls.

this number just called me  , i ttied calling it back but its only a dial tone.. wtf  who is these fu**ers anyway
