The reason you are unable to call back is that each of these callers is actually caller from a real number but they are Primus customers, so their real number actually gets re-routed through one of many Primus main numbers.

My father has Primus and whenever he calls me the caller ID shows one of the many Primus numbers, usually I get (416) 646-3601, but I have also seen others.

So basically if you signed up with Primus today as your phone provider you too could make calls randomly to people and they would get a Primus # on their call display.

It is so frustrating and Primus should not be allowed to mask the caller ID number.

just hit *55 it traces the call, call police and file an harrassment complaint. Also write every number that calls I know it costs but if police (toronto) are brought in all their records are opened.

Do they keep notes on who sounded like they answered last time?Why hang up without saying anything?What a waste of time.What is their motivation?Are they somehow making money?Do they get the occasional dummy who gives them money?Or are they insane?I don't understand.

i got a call just earlier today, a person claims to be some sort of mob from my country (taiwan) saying they have 2 brothers who are here in CANADA that need money to go back to the country. He asked for $20,000 CAD so they can go back.Even harassed me that if I dont help out.Blood will be shedpfftgimme a breakeconomy is bad and people are trying every possible way to make money

Some guy called saying to press 1 to receive my complimentary gift.  I hit 1 to tell the idiot to "$#%@" off.  Then there was dead air.  About 5 seconds later my doorbell rings, I don't answer because I was just about to step into the shower, then the doorbell rings again followed by a series of knocks on the door.What are these idiots doing, standing outside my door and if I pressed any number they would have rang my doorbell?  Crafty B*****ds!!!!
