The reason you are unable to call back is that each of these callers is actually caller from a real number but they are Primus customers, so their real number actually gets re-routed through one of many Primus main numbers. My father has Primus and whenever he calls me the caller ID shows one of the many Primus numbers, usually I get (416) 646-3601, but I have also seen others. So basically if you signed up with Primus today as your phone provider you too could make calls randomly to people and they would get a Primus # on their call display. It is so frustrating and Primus should not be allowed to mask the caller ID number.

a really annoyed man

Got a call from this # (416) 646-3601) at 10:40 am on my cell phone. It's a recorded message in Mandarin saying something like "dear customer, i'm calling from Galaxy Inc. ... blah blah ...". How the fvck do they know I speak Mandarin? Anyways, I guess they got my cell number from a Chinese website where I accidentally left my phone number (for some for sale AD).Then, 34 minutes later, got another call from a "Private Number" with the same message in Mandarin. WTF!!!Used 411.ca reverse lookup, the number (416) 646-3601 is registered under as:Primus Canada151 Front St WToronto, ON M5J 2N1(416) 646-3601I'm gonna sue Primus Canada for these harassment calls!

This is seriously annoying, today I got a call from +40555600842 on my cell phone at 11:09, I was asleep, luckily with my ringer on very low, obviously I didn't wake up to answer it, at 11:10 and 11:11 I got calls from a private caller, then an unknown number at 11:12, at 11:14, our friend at (416) 646-3601 called, and then at 11:15, a caller from 662-505-2872, I finally woke up at 11:18 when another private caller called. At that time I looked at my phone and saw all the missed calls, no messages though. How do these people manage to find my phone number, and why do they feel that calling 7 times in 7 minutes is going to get a response?
I tried to trace the numbers, the unknowns and privates didn't work out, but the first call was from a caller calling through Romtelecom in Romania, but calling through the provider from outside of the country. I literally don't know any person or have any connection to anything remotely Romanian. The area is Caras-Severin, which includes Transylvania. Perhaps it's Dracula.
The next number that came up, the 662 number originated from Mississipi or Memphis, Tennessee. I'm a Tennessee Titans fan, but otherwise I have no link to either of these places either.
Finally, of course our favourite caller, the one at 646-3601, called in between.

Has anyone received a REAL phone call from any of these numbers?
