This number just called my house, didn't answer it,no VM left!

got a ring from this number, no VM left ...when dialled saying not in service....

They called me today Jan 13 at 7pm.They called to offer 1% credit back credit card with no service charge etc.The fishy part about this number is that once i said i was not interested he said thank you and hung up.  I worked in a credit card call center before and usually if the customer says no we have to go through atleast 3 rebuttals trying to give them reasons why it would benefit them.
