I did answer the call and spoke to a real live person. They were trying to get me to bundle my package with cell phone, cable and internet and home phone. I only have 2 of the 4 services so they tried to get the other 2.

Well, the problem is now solved.I have had about 2 calls per day for the last month. Decuded that it was Rogers since I used the same number, it rang and sent me into the Rogers 18 levels of "push this button"....finally ended up in telemarketing which is what I thought. the calls were received between 8:30 a.m. and 8: 45 a.m. and usually again around 12 noon. Felt like auto-marketing.They FINALLY left a message on the 4:45 pm call today and said it was Accounts Receivable at Rogers.Lost Visa was replaced last month and the auto-withdrawal was not forwarded to the new replacement card. So, we solved it and I asked that in future, maybe an idea is to leave a general message about who is calling (not even necessarily about the specifics since they probably have policy coverage not to give details). Then I would not think it was "phone spam" trying to upgrade my tv, phone, or internet which are all bundled in the Rogers package.Curious kind of d - u - h moment. Twice I had called back and asked for red flag on my account to "do not solicit" calls and then they got to be more. Can you imagine how frustrating it was?Hopefully my answer here will save some poor person who is the next target of the dreaded Rogers incompetency in the customer Service area.Good luck and bonne chance.

I don't care who it is. They call during the day. The calls are two or three times a day on my cell and twice a day on my home phone - and no messages left. I am normally not home before 10 pm, so good luck trying to get me at home. As for my cell, I don't answer long distance calls and especially not during day time hours. I'm not paying to talk to them!

The person who called said she was from Rogers and wanted to discuss my services. Shhe said for security purposes I should verify my address. I told her since she is calling my numbber to read the address she had on file to me. She got very rude, so I hang up.

The number is definitely from Rogers accounts receivable calling with a "show me the money!!"

Yup....I am a Rogers customer and just about a month old at that and guess what this number has called me twice already...?????How can I put an end to this? Anyone?
