I went back and read the Do Not Call list rules. Newspaper subscription companies are exempt from the rules. Charities too. Oh, well, at least some of the annoying people have been stopped.

received a call from  this unknown caller saying he was from the toronto star and if i wanted to puchase the toronto star for 2weeks at a special price said was not interested at this time.this  caller never said nothing after just hung up.
