Best thing to do as suggested by "me", call the crtc, and put in a complaint, takes about 5-10 minutes, I did so today, and looks like I will follow up and put in another complaint for I received another call this evening, so that is two calls in one day. I am also on the do not call list, and i find it rude not to leave a message (not one left out of the four or five calls that i have had from them) and when you call the number it says the mailbox is full. Bull@#*t, tired of this. Here is the number for the crtc Toll-free: 1-877-249-CRTC (2782). all you have to do is give them the number that keeps calling and some contact info for them to call or contact you.
Funny how people don't pick up the phone and say "please take me off your calling list" or something but instead people don't pick up the phone and come to a website and vent their anger. They are required to take you off the list by law so you can just tell them that.

same as all post. I had someone talk to me said they were from.. Grocer group. http://www.thegrocerygroup.ca/(web site found via search on net by me) and when I asked them to take me off the list they said what ever and hung up.. Call came from what i can tell from searching info on this a marketing firm from Toronto called GT Group Telecom Services Corp. Hello, I actually have ordered from the Grocery Group. Their prices are great, their food is excellent, however, their customer service is terrible. I have a family of 6, sat down with the rep and ordered exactly what we needed and wanted, (not a pre-determined plan) so there was no waste. We had decided that we would split the order into 4 separate orders over the year so I did not have boxes stacked to the ceiling with food. The first order came right on time and was correct. 2nd order came when I called but was missing a couple of things on the order, after calling a few times we finally got the dispatch to send the missing items on the next truck to our area. Dispatch does not like returning calls or confirming delivery times. (It helps to know what day the truck is coming so you can be home to receive the order). 3rd order came same as 2nd...but when I called for the 4th order they said they delivered all my food in 3 orders. Sorry about their mistake but I still owe payments for the next 3 months ( November - January) and no food. Nice Christmas that was. Now we had double food bill payments because of their mistake for 3 months at Christmas time. The rep told the children we would receive a $50 McDonalds coupon for ordering with them. (This would have been a big treat for them) We never received that, and when calling regarding this were told that they sent it with the first order. ?? NOT ... after checking their records after 6 months later and realizing their mistake (after another few calls) they told me they were out of coupons but would issue a rebate...we finally got our rebate after our last payment. Too bad their customer service was so bad as I would have actually re-ordered with the company.

Grocery group sales rep came by to show their wholesale butcher cut and grocery delivery service. At first we thought they were selling on the phone which we would have never bought anything from but they said no no they want to make a offer so I finally ended up getting a order with them. The price is so and so but the butcher cuts they delivered is worth the money, its much better than what I used to buy. Also having read the other comments on here the only thing is that customer service has hiccups from time to time but we were treated pretty well.
