Best way in the long term, though not necessarily a very immediate solution is to actually press 1 and waste as much time with the live operator as possible. Ask a lot of questions, give them a lot of phony information. If every person did this, call centres would find it very costly to stay in business.

I just received a voice mail at my home from this number. Seems to be the same message as what has been mentioned already regarding debt management. No big deal.

I received a call from this number today, a recording as everybody says, Some info about a national debt crisis and if you owe $10,000 or more.
