When you call back it says something like it cannot connect with the server.

TO MY CELL PHONE.  Same message. They were asking for $10,000.  I hung up at that point.

Wow,  I just got this call again but this time it was on my work cell phone.   WTF???

1. register all your phones on the Canadian Do Not Call list: www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/index-eng,2. use their complaint button to report these frauds,3. add to your tickle list: reminder to extend your registration 3yrs from today.4. keep an eye on ioptout.ca (expected to launch Jan 2012) to force currently-exempted telepests to stop calling.
