Same as everyone. Called to my cell today, Friday, December 02, 2011.Just hate those telemarketer that spam my cell.

These telemarketers are costing me time and money. Any suggestions as to how to discourage them?

I found out who these people are.I chose option 1, which only prompted me to leave a message. I faked interest, said I have $30 000 in debt. Next day I got a call, and the guy was happy to tell me all about their company.Check out these scammers: http://www.sllaw.ca/

Best way in the long term, though not necessarily a very immediate solution is to actually press 1 and waste as much time with the live operator as possible.  Ask a lot of questions, give them a lot of phony information.If every person did this, call centres would find it very costly to stay in business.

Just got a call from this number. Something about economic crisis and $10,000 of debt.Hung up after that. Where are these people getting our numbers from?!? I never used to get these stupid calls.
