Thanks for this valuable information. I also got this message a few minutes ago. Tried using my call screen but it said the number was unavailable. Some info about a national debt crisis and if you owe $10,000 or more.

Just got a call from this number. Something about economic crisis and $10,000 of debt.
Hung up after that.
Where are these people getting our numbers from?!? I never used to get these stupid calls.

I've put my number on the national do-not-call phone list but still get annoying calls & messages from annoying scammers like this. I listened to their entire message; they don't name the company but claim to be helpful at clearing your debts. I left a message expressly indicating my displeasure at receiving their unwanted message and told them not to call again. We'll see if they do or not.Why can't we stop these morons from tying up our phone lines? I guess our government is pretty ineffectual.

Just received the "economic crisis" message on my cell phone voice mail when i didn't pick up.

I get this call on my cell and at work. Has anybody actually pressed 1 and talked to a live person? What do they have to say about this?
