I received a call from this number today.  As previous posters have mentioned, it's a recording about about a national debt crisis and if you owe $10,000 or more, you can speak with some debt consultant or something.I've gotten this call before but I can't remember if it's from the same number.

Call comes in on cellphone, 7:58pm, no caller ID, no one on line.

1. register all your phones on the Canadian Do Not Call list: www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/index-eng,2. use their complaint button to report these frauds,3. add to your tickle list: reminder to extend your registration 3yrs from today.4. keep an eye on ioptout.ca (expected to launch Jan 2012) to force currently-exempted telepests to stop calling.

This number keeps harassing me! I think it's an automated message. I usually just hang up, but I really can't stand getting calls from this number any more.
