How can we stop this peste????

i got a call last night from that phone number at 9:30 p.m they need to stop calling them and all those other people that are calling me that just stay mute on the phone

Caller indicated that he was from Toronto Firefighters selling tickets to see Magic and Illusions at the Ryerson Theatre.  Proceeds going to charity.  They even had the sound of a siren in the background.  Nice touch.

Funny thing is that I would have gone to see the show if I was going to be in town.   It's a legitmate show and I wouldn't have minded taking my family to see it.   Nevertheless, I told the caller I was busy and he thanked me for my time and asked if I was interested in seeing their annual magic show next year.  I told him to call back next year.

I said hello.He said he wants to speak to Dennis.I asked who's calling.He hung up.These phone calls are from the fire department or the retired police association.Any way to stop these calls.No one picks up when i dial back the number.They call almost everyday.
