My wife got a call from this number. In place of the name on the call display, the number was repeated with a 1 (such as for long distance inserted in front of it. It sounded like a recorded message with some nonsense about a disaster. She hung up the phone before listening to much of it. It is an unlisted local number for us.

this number call while i'm driving.  i hello back for 2-3 times.  no answer.  must be telemarketers...
