Well it is ovbious that this is only effecting mainly virgin mobile and some bell users(since virgin uses bells network, it makes sense). And it is obvious that this is only happening when someone tries to send a photo. I had my friend send one to me and that same message would show in two parts. It also seems that this is only happening to certain phones, samsung, blackberries, LG, and sanyo. So I think everyone should call virgin mobile or bell, if u haven't already, and explain that this is happening. Also everyone should get a friend to send them a photo and see if you get that two part nonsense message. Why it comes from the same number for all of us, (416) 555-2121(except the one person from montreal who had area code 512 I think but the rest of the number was the same), I'm still not sure of. I wonder if everyone is from ontario that this is happening to, since its a 416 number (toronto). Well that's all I could figure out for now, still not sure why its happening. If I figure it out I'll be sure to post it. Hope this helped.

Ladies and gentlemen, I have solved the mystery of this number.I had a friend tell me through text that shewas going to send me a picture from her phone. I am on virgin mobile using a blackberry, she is on Koodo with an LG. Right after she said that, I got 2 messages of  //WWSDFVS... so on. Hours later she asked if I had received a picture file from her, I said no, she said she would try again. Right after she said they were sent, I received 2 more of those texts.Booya.

I just got some of these texts too.. I replied "STOP", and it replied back (but the number was 4123) and it said "Sorry your message to (416) 555-2121 could not be delivered. We tried to deliver the message 3X with no answer. Please try again later."

The fact that the reply doesn't sound professional (at all) gives it away to be some sort of scam or something.

I get the same messages. I have no idea why. Are you with Virgin Mobile? Because it might be one of their messages, but it has no meaning so I don't understand why they would send it.

I have been getting these, two at a time, every week for a month now, the phone's five months old so my number has spread out a bit, but still! I called Bell, and they said "Just send a text back that says "STOP." I did that, but then today I got it again! pisses me off.
