Well we pay for texte messages no? Is it a phone companie doing that to make more money???? I wonder!!!

Ladies and gentlemen, I have solved the mystery of this number.

I had a friend tell me through text that shewas going to send me a picture from her phone. I am on virgin mobile using a blackberry, she is on Koodo with an LG. Right after she said that, I got 2 messages of  //WWSDFVS... so on. Hours later she asked if I had received a picture file from her, I said no, she said she would try again. Right after she said they were sent, I received 2 more of those texts.

it's wierd text because someone tried to sent u ã picture or mms. the phone number is ã general number from ã rogers network .

Received these random nonsensical texts on my Bell Blackberry Storm.  Contacted Bell Help Desk, they had never heard of the problem.  Started on a Tuesday afternoon, received a TON of them and none afterwards.  Weird.

Just got 4 of the same messages when my husband tried sending me a photo...I have the Samsung Link through Virgin mobile. I am calling to make a complaint; this is not the only issue I have had with the phone unfortunately :( but the plan beats the other companies out there...

I just received 4 crypted txt msg from the same number (416) 555-2121). I'm with Bell and I have a Sanyo SCP-7050. I'm filing a complaint about the matter.
