I got the same thing on a Samsung Instinct.  And only my dad has my number as it is brand new.  Got for in a row - same script as above.  Very odd.  Plus I have free incoming text - so i doubt that its a money grabbing scam by providers.Very strange!  Even more strange is the 3 websites with this discussion about the same number that doesn't exist!

I have been getting these, two at a time, every week for a month now, the phone's five months old so my number has spread out a bit, but still! I called Bell, and they said "Just send a text back that says "STOP." I did that, but then today I got it again! pisses me off.

I have the same problem ! I recently bought the Samsung vice from Virgin Mobile and got 7 of these strange text ! It's particulary strange because number with 555 are use in movies because they don't exist at all, so I don't Know why this is happen
