Its a Collections company on behalf of Bell Canada, and legally, they can call you as many times as they want a day. anytime between 8am and 9pm, however, after contact they cannot call you again that day, and leaving voicemails count as contact. so if you don't answer, and they don't leave a voicemail, they can keep calling until you're blue in the face, and you cant do anything about it.HOWEVER!If they have not sent you a letter in writing disclosing who they are, who they are on behalf of and how much you owe BEFORE they start making their calls, they cannot call you.So if you haven't received a letter, I would answer and tell them that, and inform them that until you have received a letter in your name, with all the above details, they are not to call you again.

I have a new cell number and have had calls from this number already and the cell number is 2 days old.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the past few days. I down loaded an app for my phone called Dead2Me that allows you to block numbers who have called your phone...works like a charm:)

They are calling everyday from 7-50am trying find out my birth day and address.Once I told them that I?m going to call the police but they still call me.How can I stop this harassment?
