I got this number call this morning. A voice record is playing when I pick up the phone.

Called me on my Cell, I did not picked up.

They called the unlisted number that I have had for 4 months. There was an automated voice mail message about helping you with your debt.  I have no debt.  I assume they are dialing randomly or sequentially and one of those is illegal.  If they phone again, I am going to report them to the CRTC.
