I used Terry this year and he was courteous, professional and did the work expertly and on time. His price wasn't the cheapest but his work was excellent and he left everything very clean. Whomever had the negative comments must have had other issues not shared here. He is knowledgeable and very easy and honest to deal with. I will definitely hire him again.

This number has called my phone a couple of times. They never leave a message.

This number belongs to a 'handyman', i use the term loosely.  He also posts ads on line looking for sales reps for his "fortune 500" company.  This guy is a scam artist, his name is Terry Bailey.  Please watch out for him, and DO NOT use his services for renovations etc etc.  He has many fake companies; consulting services, sales company (he's looking for sales people), and also handyman/renovation services.   I have been scammed by him with renovations and had to re-do what he touched in my house.

Why would you come on here almost three years after the previous post and give such a glowing review?  People who have had a good experience with a company/person do not seek out a site like this to see what may have been said by other people.  This is done by people trying to give a spin on the company to try and make it look legitimate.
