FOLLOW UP:I contacted Bell Canada @ 310-BELL and put in this phone number, it forwarded me to bell business - meaning it is a bell canada line - they wouldn't allow me to flag the account - said my only option was to add my number to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY - yes the same one with virtually no oversight and the government gives out to non-profits and the like - not a viable solution. I suggest you all call in to 310-BELL and when it prompts you for your phone number, input the (416) 439-7445 number, and complain to your representative about harassment.  I told them that there are SEVERAL sites like this that have this number listed - and they don't seem to care at all.  Hope this helps someone else

to the person who said the police are watching this line... which police? I want to make a complaint against it its been calling me for weeks now and its really very annoying

Called at 6:55 PM tonight. No one responded when I answered the phone and then hung up.
