Calls all the time, never leaves messages and no one is there when I pick up. WTF?!?!

Received this call in Nova Scotia today (05/09/2012) at 8:51am.  Odd thing I noticed is, while I was watching the rings come in, the caller ID shifted from this number, to an unknown name/unknown number without disconnecting the call.I've dealt with a good many scammers, but as I didn't recognize the number I didn't bother answering it.  No voicemail left.  I've been on the NDNC for quite some time, so my 30 days is long active.  I wonder if it was the Bell Canada b***s*** scam that I received a few months back.  Reported it to Bell and they wouldn't even return my calls (Bell not these guys).  The callers from this number aren't the only scammers in Canada... lol

I read a comment about someone thinking this may link to western union, because they had sent money the night before... I recieved a call the day after I used western union speed pay to pay my mortage payment.It seems to me like either western union is selling #'s or they have been compromised. please forgive my grammer!

this number has called me saying that they have my brother and they need money for him and on monthay they called again say they had another  brother  and they said the same things (416) 364-1112 y 999-999-9999 y 305- 356 -9999 an llamado barias veces disiendo q tiene a uno de mis hermano y pidiendo dinero tengan cuidado por q sabentodo de uno y hablan español e ingles

This telemarketer is a real winner.  He called to sell me pharmaceutical drugs over the phone with a fake number as the caller ID.  He could barley speak English. He had a thick East Indian Accent. And started curse at me when I would not give him my credit card number.  People like him have been calling my cell phone for over a year and no mater what I do they will not stop. Please tell me who is fool enough to give this idiot there credit card number?

Whoever this idiot is can knock it off - every day I'm getting this on my caller ID.If you're this person, and you're reading this, you'd better pray for the sake of your hearing that I DON'T pick up the phone!
