Called twice so far today, 10:31am and 1:17pm

Yet another call today shortly after 1pm

I keep receiving calls from (416) 360-4084 to our business office.  The message says tesing 0000123456 when I checked it came up as a Rogers phone number not Bell. When you call the number you get "this number is not in service"

All I could hear were beeps, didn't call back as I didn't want to pay long distance. Recieved another call with in minutes from (416) 861-0870 with the same thing,

They are calling me several times a day and clogging up my answering machine with the stupid beeping.  The number I keep getting calls from is (416) 360-8084.Has anyone come up with way to make them stop yet?  Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can make them stop?

No company\caller information on call display, only a phone number - which I answered as it was local.

Asked for me by name and claimed to  be BBM Research doing survey on radio stations, or some such. Told them to remove my number,
