the do not call list doesnt work its a joke

Looking at this site I'm half afraid the voice-mail is a way to collect messages or info through registrations on this site.  Or to get people to sign in on this site.I got someone babbling in a language other than English or French, possibly middle-eastern, punctuated by bouts of giggling.  Male voice.  I didn't listen to the whole thing, but it was apparently 54 minutes and supposedly came some time after 2pm.  I'm in Toronto.  I assumed it would be a local call.  May be a cell since it wasn't on 411.I hope somebody nails these idiots.  But then we also live in a world where laws against credit card fraud and identity theft are under reported.

I keep receiving calls from (416) 360-4084 to our business office.  The message says tesing 0000123456 when I checked it came up as a Rogers phone number not Bell.
When you call the number you get "this number is not in service"

Its a process server or collection agency...You must be getting in a lawsuit or owe money...these guys are bad
