called and left no messeage.....returned call...out of service...bunch of turds.....

Caller (man) said I had won a prize package and I should go to Woodbridge to pick it up. The prize was from a ballot filled out in June 2007, did I remember filling it out for RCA, it's a big company, I must have heard of it. I asked why I would go to Woodbridge just because some guy phones - he claims to be Robert Fiddleton (sp?!), President of the company, phoning long distance from Buffalo (duh - my call display said (416) 360-4084) and there was obvious noise of a call centre in the background. I don't own anything made my RCA, duh...hung up on him.

I recived a call today from someone at a company called "Consumer Awards Center" also know as Geo Holidays and told me I had won, one of five prizes.  When I told them I had been called before and that I was not interested he told me I had to come.  He told me they were a member of BBB ( Better Biz Beureau) under Geo Holidays.  Of course they didnt turn up :)  I did all this while they were on the phone with me.  I again told him I was not interested and he asked me" why are you f$cking around?"  I said that is not the way to talk to someone who he was calling and I hung up.  He called me right back and gave me a website to check out...which led to a porn website ( i looked it up in google so i didnt actually go to the site, but saw a description of it) He asked me if I had typed it in and I told him what I had done he said " Are you a smart guy" and I hung up again.I found the number for GEO holiday and called them.  It seems this company is a vender of theirs and they will find out who they are and take me off the list.  I will keep you updated as to what happens as they will be calling me back tommorow.  I called phonebusters and reported the company as well.

I get calls from this number.  No one talks but there is background noise.  How can I stop them?
