someone is doing the same thing to me?  Has anyone found out who is this caller?

I get calls from this number all throughout the day, no messages. I answered once and heard the dead silence that you get the first second or two when there is another telemarketer trying to bug you. I hate this stuff. I need to get a hold of a phone spam filter as this is getting out of control here in North America and you'll get them on the worst times of day too.AAAAARRRGGHHHH!!!!

Called at 10:00 a.m. March 17 - no one would speak!
