The owner and the people who work there are very rude. The dresses are garage.

I bought d blue dress it was expensive but looked nice , and when I got home y showed the dress to my family the dress was all ripped . I went back to the store and the owner was very rude .

I bought a dress today at this store Rainbows in Cedarbrae Mall for my daughter's birthday. This dress was a plain dress and cost me $50, it was not worth my money but because my daughter liked it I got it for her. Right across the street in the other complex a new store has opened up called Fabulous the dresses are $35. They have lace, sequence and also a coatie to go on top if the dress. My husband saw the dress earler in Fabolous and told me to get that one. Size 12 fit my daughter but it was snugged. So I went to Rainbows and my daughter got the same size 12 when she needed size 14 .When I got home my husband was pissed, first he gave me a $35 budget and second the dress I brought home was not to his standard he told me to go return it and to get the dress he saw earlier in Fabolous since we got the same size 12.
The receipt doesn't have the stores name or number on it and I had to go online to search for it. The first 2 to 3 times I called the wrong number until I got the right store. I asked the lady about there store return policy because I needed to return the dress that I bought TODAY, she remebered me since it was her that helped me in the store. She said that they only have store credit and exchange. So I asked if they can do a favour and return the dress since I got it today, the store manager was out so I left my name and number for him to call me back. I waited half hour and I got no reply from the store manager "Lak" so I called rainbows again to speak to him, a different girl answered this itme and gave the phone to the lady I spoke to earlier about the favour... she said that they cannot give me a refund because I LEFT the store. I told her that I would have returned the dress there but it was my daugher's father that did not like the dress and he wasn't with us otherwise I wouldn't have even bought it, I also kept asking her when will the manager be in the store next time so I can speak to him personaly. She kept saying that we cannot refund the dress, I told her that this is not fare I bought many things in that past and when I need this favour you cannot do this and I am calling the same day I got the dress.. I told her that I bought the dress today and calling in today not a day or 2 later; also what am I gonna do with this dress since my daughter wont be able to wear it later since it is snug it wont fit her later... the lady HUNG UP on me. VERY RUDE SERVICE, I KNOW NOW THAT I WILL NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. THEY HAVE VERY EXPENSIVE DRESS NOT EVEN WORTH THE MONEY ESPECIALLY IN TODAY'S ECONOMY WHEN PEOPLE WANT THERE MONEYS WORTH WITH KIDS SINCE THEY GROW OUT OF CLOTHS.
