Tristan Paige Sr. - CEO
We have over 8800 people who work in my company across Canada. I?m in charge if setting up and distribution of cell phones for all employees. The company picks up the bill. After the past couple of days of harassing calls, I will definitely be switching phone and internet providers in September, as well as suggesting to our clients and competitors to do the same. This will include all major hospitals and other government related businesses and organizations. That should create a severe enough dent in their business to smarten up and consider more reasonable alternatives; however, the damage is done. They will never see our business again.I would like additional complaints to present to the board within the next couple of weeks. Please send me your thoughts and concerns regarding Telus Mobility and their unorthodox marketing strategies. Thank you in advance.Sincerely,Tristan S. Paige - CEOtristan.paige @ hotmail.com

after getting three calls in three days I finally picked it up - no answer. I have a telus cell phone, I should have an up-to-date account. Just plain weird!

I keep getting these calls too. I thought it was my Bank phoning to sell me something durring dinner time.I answered once, the automated voice claimed to be telus needing to update their records. As much as I hate Telus, I know Telus DOES NOT phone clients and ask for information to update their records. Telus allready has all the information about you on file from when you bent over and entered into your cell contract. It forsure is a SCAM, they may be displaying a phone number that is registered to Telus, but it is not. Telus has much more creative (and legal) way of getting your hard earned cash.
